In the Flow

Despite the tumultuous turn of autumn
and the chill of the wind’s icy veil
the slow sprinkle of time’s sediment
permits and reflects the starkness of now.

Contented , pacific breath gives rise to a moment’s falter.
Lightning strikes doubt in a flash,
and is gone again;
leaving only the faint fingerprint of a breath’s apprehension.

Return to the eye’s flicker.
The cycle of days and breath
continues onward.

As it  is with tidal flux,
The sun glides overhead again
To bring another Dawn.

Walk… fall,..
Arise~
and continue on.

Let not tomorrow’s discovery,
nor yesterday’s revelation
alter Hope in the span of the now.
And  please-

Know the story continues, somehow.

The present is tomorrow's yesterday.

Sometimes I feel like I'm under the bouncing boulders of time's avalanche, not a slow sprinkle at all. But the bit about 'the story continues', I guess that pretty much wraps it up. Well worded poem, this one.

Oh.. . I want to quote it all... this was a treasure to find in here tonight... so well written ... and I loved the thoughts presented here too especially...,

"As it  is with tidal flux,
The sun glides overhead again
To bring another Dawn.

Walk… fall,..
Arise~
and continue on."

And at the end... a consolation for those that dread the advent of winter's icy grasp.
This goes into my private stash of exceptional works!!!
Oh yes.... and
