The dark rich night
With it's pulsing needs
Rocks me, and makes me
Dance with the moonlight
Kisses on my soul~

Your name on my lips
soft and sweet
I tremble to think
You might leave me
Come morning~

You whisper questions
As I cover my truths
In the warm dark winds
The stars blink bright
All shattering my fears~

Then you smile
It teases
And your eyes
they close
As the night folds over
My unspoken heart~
