To Be the Moon

as long as there is Light
there shall be shadows

yet, may I be as the moon
in full reflect
rather
than cast the shadows
of eclipse

enjoyed the thoughts in this one

Don't I get to enjoy the aspects of both, as the midnitesun?

I do not see her as a reflector, but more of a harnessor of light. The poem is good in that you said a lot in a few words, i enjoyed it. It was an interesting perspective.
