I seek to forgive
But your shameless denial
Breeds bottomless rage

Rage is such a waste of energy,
unlike moodswings that subside eventually.
I could feel the pain in your words and I'm sorry.

forgiveness should be about yourself not done for the person you wish to forgive, its a way of moving past wrong doings done to ourselves.

oooh, powerful pain within, hope it eases and isn't really bottomless.

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

Jason, this one does hurt. Denial can
be a very hurtful thing.
Best wishes to you.

Forgiving is one thing...does that mean you have to still hang around with them...I don't think so...James

I thought as I read this...

Forgiveness is a gift you give to yourself.
I am sorry that your rage is denying you that divine present.

May all be soon well in your world,
EA

Underneath the rage is usally sadness.....one emotion builds upon the other....if we wait to forgive and move on. Well done. Chris
