Strawberry shortcake,
Blueberry pie,
Belgian waffles
Stacked six high!
Chocolate pudding
And a tasty torte,
I'd like to sample
Every Sort!
Jam-filled donuts
And cherry tarts,
A valentine cake
Topped with cinnamon hearts.
A creamy custard
And a chocolate eclair,
And oodles of strudel
Everywhere!

Visions of rich desserts
Dancing in my head,
But, since I'm on a diet,
I'll go to bed instead!

Oh man, I wish I did just that. I've been trying to diet, so what do I do? I ate a chocolate peanut butter bar.

Gee, it's 12:05 I guess I did pretty good - yesterday

No good, wouldn't work for me, even my dreams of cake would put on ten pounds by the morning.
Funny poem

Noah----you're hungry?---Me too!

Keth---Boy do I know what you're talking
about! Did you know that it is a
scientific fact that you can actually
gain weight by just merely anticipating
eating (if your body is already stoked
with carbohydrates)?!? Insulin is released into our bloodstream when we are drooling over some tasty treat in preparation for the onslaught of goodies. Insulin (known as the 'fattening' hormone) turns the existing carbos in our system into the "F" word--FAT!!!!!

To all the readers of this poem: Danger! Reading this poem can make you FAT !!!

My sincerest appologies!

Ya know, Linda?
I've always prefered to think of myself as....well,...thick.

I'll take pizza over pie.

In reply to "which way do we go?", the answer was never "straight", but, "progressively forward".

This could make Richard what's his name
have a heart attack!!!  Certainly would
make one want to scurry to the stttttore
and get a treat or two or three...or MORE!!

You realize this is cruel and unusual punishment....to others that are doing
the "D" word....(NOT I)  (NOT ME)....
