Little Daffy Dundlehead ~*Marge Tindal*~ Little Daffy Dundlehead slept upon a trundle bed Could get much lower than that LOL ... that's where it's at ! Fluffed the pillows in her bed whispered prayers in her head Counted sheep in quiet leap across the fence of meadowed sleep~ Snored her way in little zzzzzzz's to The Cave of the Good Dreams~ *Goodnight rugrats ... you too, June~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |

Margie girl darling heart sister, oh my how much I love this poem, it has a pure joy about it. All the fun and frolic of childhood wrapped in this darling girl utterly utterly splendid, and of course it’s good you wrote it. When you do cute you always excel, however whatever you write is brilliant and this is splendiferous. What a great name, Daffy Dundlehead! This is just an adorable write and one that has me giggling. This Daffy retirement chick stayed in her non-trundle most of the day. Haven't slept like this since BC (before children :-) ! ). |
