Where

Oh where to us in histories place
Inters our lives and bones in space.
And where oh where can I confine
Within the myth of sweet define.

To salve the half this moments daft
To circumcise the full redraft
To know within the heart of me
This thing that crawled from out the sea

For all the slime still clings the core
And cannot shake the cling of more.
Nor can I face spreading cancer
Of my deepest seated answer

I searched in every way the grail
And failed in every way of fail
I feel a monkey in a cage
With naught of payment or of wage

It needs a cleaning or we die
The only answer to our vie.

It is very much like that, a dis-ease
when we search for what we please
and think the answer beyond our grasp
when it sits here, in our laps

find within the searching place
I find it in the smile of face
and see it here, from your touch,
in your writing, and dreams of such...

Seymour darling boy, this is utterly perfect the simplicity the elegance and the grace this is written with is perfectly delicious. The questions within that have the answers written inside. You are utterly utterly perfect when it comes to insight wisdom, and  I love it utterly but you knew that didn’t you. Wonderful writing as always.

Sunshine,
What you say is true that's why you are my sunshine.

Marsha,
You are an utter delight. And I do enjoy your flattery.

Oh but I like this very much!
I often thing that "inner space" is indeed the "final frontier"...and now you are going to go and get me thinking again, and that can be dangerous...

Happy Sunday Sy! (raising coffee cup to ya)

You turn a phrase in amazing ways Sy-babes...
and the way you bend our minds with your rhymes aint half bad either *L*
Me thinks Dragon and Sage shared this page ... and its all the rage.

JM,
Your comments are chocolate to a chocoholic. And the raspbery wine sounds just fine. Just fly at even tide and I will meet you in the sky. Winkiewinkie Randy Stinky

Devina,
Thank you dear.

Mangus,
A delightful comment for I love Poe.

BRAVO!!! This is wonderful, sweet friend, it too saddens me to see us all getting ourselves lost in there and wasting time yearning while we should always be here keeping active with siles and hope until by suprise there takes us by suprise! (big hugggsssss) This is wonderful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Seymour, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Sy~ Hmmmm...those are some deep thoughts.  Once again you share a profound message with perfect fluidity and rhyme.  Your poems glide with such grace....I never get stuck along the way.

*hugs*
