since shroedinger’s cat
my mind has become a voluptuous pincushion of possibilty
wherein everything has an outside chance
and the box is indeed a styrofoam paradox.
my existence never wears.
but in this internal external subsistence
i have found an indefinite certainty.
since i cannot even occupy this earth
i am herein and therein two people.
before this enlightening experience I was Me
then came the altruistic rebirth of my long lost self
there is no now.
i won’t beat that dog to death.
is there a possibility that the possibility is
pragmatic and illogical
at the same time?
my conversation spans time and its continuum.
i am a pendulum that never ceases.
i cannot exist in any one part of the swing of things
for that would disrupt the system.
spontaneous tête-à-tête between Me erupts
the young me
the one that went before
does not have the understanding
the new me was given
on first contact with the stimulus of now.
the new me is but an instant old when it dies.
it never lived simply because
that instant never had a tick on the clock that did not remain in motion
indeed if I would have never read schroedinger’s cat
I would still exist today

Love it, Walt. And I hear ya! There are indeed some things I just don't need to know!(That how I rationalize it anyway)

Very interesting piece, but not without an edge of sarcastic wit! You still rule, waltie.
