Did I Miss Those Clues At this point in time I honestly don't know Part of me says hold on Part of me says to let go Its so hard to decide While I'm still yearning Through sleepless nights Mind tossing and turning Making up my mind Again I am hesitating Still clinging on hopefully Each day procrastinating I wanted you to know Though you're far away In mind and heart forever The depth of feelings stay I am with you so often Throughout my memory Perhaps you gave signs That I was refusing to see Did I miss those clues Back and forth I trace I pondered your intentions Of every secret embrace My heart is still waiting As the weeks pass by Your silence is hurting me Yet I cannot say goodbye Hope ©2003 |
