Waltz With Me

Hold me close
hear my heart
Feel the beat
make a start

Keep me near
in your arms
Sway me slow
show your charms

Kiss my neck
whisper clear
Build the fire
bright my dear

Waltz with me
through the night
Kiss me deep
pure delight

come to me
lets begin
oversway
it's no sin

promenade
showing love
rise and fall
light above

all alone
music plays
let us love
all the ways

dance in time
minds whirling
kisses sweet
bodies curling

Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write.

Karen darling girl oh this is sooooooo good. Truly outstanding, as always, you are such a fine poet. I love the way you’ve written this, it’s utterly superb, the flow is divine all the way through.
