But For Now I watch you lovingly I love you with all my heart You are my provider and comforter This I will never forget Your beads of sweat And rainfall of tears I will catch in my hand And return them to the realms of hope But for now You are my soother Tending to me in my time of hurt Your heartbeat is the medicine I need To cure whatever ails me When terror invades my dreams You deliver me to reality By cradling my head in your arms Slowly returning me to my slumber With your sweet songs of serenity I wish I could tell you how I feel And one day I will But for now I can show you with my touch Pray you see it in my eyes Hope you hear it in my laughter I thank God for making me yours I am your child You are my mother I will love you always Marcel Write from the soul and the words will flow |

 (tears fall down my cheeks) Oh my gosh, this is soooooooo beautiful, it made me cry to feel the love you have for your loving mother, who will always love you just the same! Wow! If you intended to turn us all into weeping piles of mush, you have succeeded. I was so caught by the meaning that I have not given much thought to providing you a critique (which I notice you love and I would normally be happy to provide as I also enjoy a constructive critique). That must mean something in itself? hmmmmmm... I will look forward to reading more of your posts! |
