A Morning Such as This

In all of time there’s never been
A morning such as this
When in the shadows near my lips
There was a waiting kiss

A phrase of love was in the air
A voice of whispering grace
That was about to sweep me
Far beyond this earthly space

The dawn had crept in purple silence
Through the ocean mist
Defining golden eyes that bathed
The lips that would be kissed

Never was a love so grand
Or passion so devine
Never was the dawn as sweet
as this, in all of time

I do I ever agree with Sunshine about you definitely having your own style that suits you so well.  This was so lovely and almost made me want to go find myself a man - now wait a minute - I said almost!
