Oh when shall it come
it brings peace,tranquility
in a world of unrest
come relieve me of my burdens
for i seek peace, rest in this
world where there is no one
come I shall not fight
I have been wrong
there is nothing to fight for
I have been a lost soul
floundering in a sea of trouble
my passing will trouble none
come quickly take me away
no human will suffer for me
come make haste.

If you only understood my pain then maybe you could learn to be my friend. Be there. My crying shoulder. The smiles. And the caring i need to survive.

I really liked this one!! Short and greatly done! Wow.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

Amongst all these poets, you still continue to shine and stand out brighter than ever. Every poem I read from you brings this connection. It's a good thing.
"I have been a lost soul
floundering in a sea of trouble" The image I got from that was mind blowing.

Thanks for the reading, Regina.

Beautiful words, Regi.  This poem is very.. peaceful.  I liked it.  The images you portray in your poetry are absolutely amazing!  Beautiful work, yet again.
