There is a face that haunts my dreams,
A face as beautiful as a starlight night,
But I cannot see that face,
Try as hard as I might.

I’ve spoken with the owner of this visage,
Know her as a friend,
Yet is the face I truly see,
The image she truly meant to send?

Can words reveal a countenance,
Worthy of this face?
At times I can see it clear,
Only to have it flee my memory,
Gone without a trace.

*returns the hug* you think they're figuring it out yet? To anyone that hasn't figured it out yet...Jessica's the girl I've never met, that I find myself falling in love with.

CAREFUL!
Love is an EXTREMELY big word to use.
OK- Well not BIG..It's just 4 letters...but it's Heavy, filled with so much meaning, feeling, emotion. Though I'm sure you 2 both know this. So ya..
Anyway- Nice poem. The last stanza was my fav.
Off I go!

We've talked about it Jeff, but with school starting in less than a week for me, I probably won't have time. I think the first chance I might be able to get will be around October-September..not sure when our Fall Break is.

We've agreed to wait for a few months before we meet, anyway. That way we'll really have some time to get to know each other...I guess we're both just a little scared to meet just yet. But hey, like you said..love's great when it finally works out right. (*hugs Jess*)

This was another poem that was very well written.  I enjoyed this, as usual.
