I read between lines . . . and what is it there
ensconced within words you write . . . do you see truth, or the dare
you are not unheard . . .in the silence, deep

those I've known before . . . they the lucky ones
shallow in comparison . . . to be knee deep in your wells
to the "you" I know . . . safe within your shoals
