Strength comes from within
If your body betrays you
Ask more of your will
In courage let it rise up
Carry forth from gloom to light

Hold fast to that which encourages
Avoid the treachery of quicksand
Look ever upward in your path
Avoid stumbling over pebbles in the way

Always, always hold fast to true friends
They are those who walk beside you
Shoulder to shoulder they stand with you
Arm in arm so they catch you
Before you ever fall

Pepper

Delightfully true !

Thank God, I am blessed with just such a friend or two.
