the distinct music of the sparrow at daybreak...
the unparalleled shade of purity at dawn...
the brisk scent of incomparable moments yet to be...
you alone have shown my heart such wonder.

the rare silence in noonday’s rush...
the tranquil hideaway in the mountain of inundation...
the breezy relief in the sun of midday...
you have opened my mind to these concepts.

the enchantment in the descending sunlight...
the matchless inspiration in the tendency thereof...
the shimmer of crimson in your discerning eyes...
there is no one who could possibly know me like this.

the iridescent sparkling of the moonlit waters...
the naive dance of the newborn stars...
the undivided attention of the protective moon...
these miracles have come to be because of your imparting nature.

to be with you...
I've tried to hide my passion,
but it's just no use...
piece by piece I lose it
when you walk in the room...

Wonderful work full of well crafted word pictures. Excellent!

The role of poetry is to utter the un-utterable; to open up
spaces of consciousness and resistance; to language oppressions; to
re-language historie

I love the vocabulary in this one!

this is such a cool poem Sp...
excellent employ and melding of imagery and emotion...
the poetic comparisons and the vocabulary made this one...
cleverly written and conveyed.
(which is a poetic way for saying WAY COOL)
oh.. and groovy too

Though my soul may sit in darkness,
It will arise in perfect light.
For I have loved the stars too fondly ...
To be fearful of the night.
