I am in motion
I am blue
Love is an ocean
I'm anchored in you

I am a dreamer
But my dreams I don't share
I keep them so close to me
Needing them there

I am an island
You are the sea
I drown in your beauty
Yours waves caressing me

How tranquil you are
As you glisten in the sun
Your tides ebb and flow
Out to sea they will go

The sun begins to set
The gulls take wing in flight
As they search for a place to roost
With the coming of the night

Such beauty is unmatched
Nothing can compare
As couples walk along your shore
Drunk on love, without a care

The moon it is full
Across the water it streams
As they merge together as one
Under the light of the moonbeams

Their passions start to rise
As bodies entwine
The taste on their lips
From a beautiful red wine

As they lay on their backs
And gaze up at the stars
They can't help but wonder
"Is there a greater love than ours?"
