Lazy Evening
Virginia Salter

Lazy evening sun going down
you caress the sinew of my heart
with the music of your sighs

as brother breeze gently
fondles my hair and plies
my soul with love

each part of me slowly melts
into the will of your touch
leaving me nearly helpless

to the desires that dwell within
each part of you
each part of me, set me free

Thanks, Poeminister! I'm happy you saw it as you did. I'm actually wishing I'd put the dancers on the Syncopated Brazilia that I posted just prior to this one. The rhythm of their 'sway' would have fit that piece better. Do you know someone who knows how to edit that? I mean so the dancers here could be gone and on the other poem?
