Yestereve To Come to forecast a glance to yesterday sense the back of the wind in my face spin around in the feel of embrace and rise the daystar on memory of the then that once was me weary walks the day of presence weakening this the love of essence seeking slow the swift of 'morrow etched in lined border of all sorrow of the then that once was me were you there then in the apparition twilight's thoughts rent the partition between the here and now of yestereve and once again I longed to believe of the then that once was me O shadows imagination, fuliginous still advance again to pursue the thrill of thy lady cast in twilight's gleam there in the attenuated day of dream of the then that once was me silken light of the moon come soften this then the fantasy that would come often Karilea If I whisper, will you listen?... I would rather be silent and write, than speak loudly and be bound. KRJ |
