~Help Me~ I just want to kick and scream and yell and shout I want to take his heart out of his chest and burn it in a fire I want him to feel the pain inside my chest I want him to know what it feels like to not want to live anymore I want him to feel complete emptiness inside because, thats how he makes me feel...... I have no reason to live I have no reason to get up out of bed everyday I don't want to go on anymore I know it's my fault i'm like this now I just don't know how to stop him I don't know how to get control of my life back I need the strength to get up and leave because I can't go on much longer like this |

Very straightforward display of frustration and anger.. Well now you have stirred up my feelings on this subject again. When we dig ourselves in too deep in a relationship it requires a certain amount of letting go til we find ourselves in the place where we are giving only as much as the other wants from us... give more and set yourself up for pain and frustrations...I know because I want to give everything much too soon...to show my love...and having said all the above I know it hurts like hell and can make one very angry to be rejected...James |

I know the pain of loseing someone. It hurts. The place you have to come to, is to realize that YOU are worth more than that. There is so much more to life than one person. I had to realize that myself once. I did not give up, and now I have joy again. Now I can smile at each new day, knowing it's by God's grace that I am here, and joy has been restored. quite the dramatic entrance! i know everyone else is saying this also, but i've been on this path too. i guess just about everyone has. i like these lines: "I don't know how to get control of my life back I need the strength to get up and leave because I can't go on much longer like this " you said the answer yourself. strength is the way to get back in control. you just gotta find it. Everyone's got their demons. You have to fight 'em. good luck. And welcome to Passions!. i hope your stay helps you to grow as much as it has me. I am reminded of the immortal words of Socrates who said, "I drank what?" |

Welcome on passions, and before I go further I want to give you a ((((warm Hug))) I was there either, and know where you talking about. Its good to let your feelings come out, and write about it. It doesn't take all the pain away, but it help to deal with them. that's my experience. come up and find the strength that you need. life is worth to fight for. hugs Charisma |

I think everyones' been in that spot.. I was there, like everyone else has said...and time does help ease the frustration and such.. What a bold way to enter into this wonderful area.. and a great poem! Welcome to passions.. I look forward to seeing more by you. Your poetry says that you need to "find the strength." Well, girl, I think you have plenty of that inside you. Allowing us to have such a intimate view of your pain takes a lot of strength. From one new member to another...Welcome. |

Nascar_Chick, first of all Welcome, you will so enjoy your stay here. Secondly, HOW I can relate. All I can offer you is that time does diminish even the worst pain (though that time can seem insanely long) and cathartic writing helps in amazing ways. So rant away!!!
