I don't tell you everything
that's going on with me,
but still you see things
my other friends don't see.
You know what i'm going to say
before it even comes out.
You can always tell how I feel
and your an expert at making me pout.
You can answer all my questions
(not that you do)
before i even ask.
I've did a lot of things wrong
but you keep it in the past.
(sometimes)
No one knows the extent
of the things we have been through.
No one understands
how much I care about you.
You know me better than anyone.
Sometimes even better then me.
You know everything I want,
how I think that things should be.
My heart is in your hands,
just where it's always been.
So till the day we meet
(and we will)
I'll just call you my very special friend.
(don't think ur girl would like
it if i called you my man)

I do certainly like this one. It can be wonderful, and indeed sometimes scary, when one knows you so well. It is especially difficult in the situation you portray here.

this is very nice. sounds like a tough situation you are in. i too once was in this exact place (not too long ago). just go with your heart, and treasure the friendship for what it is. and if it's meant to be it will be
