State of constant confusion!

0 posted 2000-09-25 06:27 PM

I feel your hand touch my face
It sends shivers down my spine
How long I've waited for this moment
When I would finally make you mine

My body aches for your embrace
For your tender loving touch
In all my life I've never found
Anything I've wanted so much

To see the love there in your eyes
Was worth the time it took
I quickly became paralyzed
With just a passing look

Your gentle gaze enslaved my soul
My heart is yours to hold
Every sigh I hear you cry
Reveals a story yet untold

TO BE CONTINUED.........

As the resident LoveBug, I rate this love poem (on a scale of 1-10)... 1000000000000000000000000000000000000!!!

This is such a sweet piece, my friend. I can't wait to see parts 2 and three!

False gems may shine as brightly as the genuine article, but there are always those who can tell the diffrence.

Oh my, my heart is melting. This is beautiful, both the poem and what's behind it.

Jeffrey,
sometimes these slippery little suckers get by without me reading them. But I'm glad this delightful piece came back so I could read it. Now all I have to do is find parts two and three.

Jeffrey,

Have to admit, I read part two first . . . but this is wonderful writing.  So romantic and full of longing.  Great job my friend.
