Weightless body,
empty soul,
my mind drifts
slowly,
I'm not whole.

Need you now,
you're not here,
filled with
regrets,
shown in my tear.

Out of reality,
thoughts so wrong,
can't happen
now,
lost, not strong.

I gave you up,
emptied my soul,
can't go on
for
I'm not whole.

Wow!!! 1000 posts, huh? Geeze. Well, I really like this one and I feel special because I get to read it.

What an excellent poem to mark this milestone.
I liked your style and thoughts in this,
very solemn, but well composed!

Best wishes,

This flowed mah-velously.
I like the short form used in it, made it read a lot easier.  Great job.
