Arthur, you are the king of my nights
The barer of my soul
Without you in my life
I would just crumble and fall
But God has truly blessed me
For I find great strength and courage as your wife
And thankful that you allow me to stand tall by your side
No other could possibly take your place
And no other could haunt the chambers of my heart with such a boyish face
And I doubt no other could ever love me with such grace
M'lord I also need to add
You are the sweetest and greatest of all this land
And I shall never leave your side
So just as long as you continue to find that strength you need so much as you hold my hand..

"Let me be the one you call, if you jump I'll break your fall, lift you up and fly away with you into the night"

Wonderful writing Ceinwyn!  I particularly loved this line:

"And no other could haunt the chambers of my heart with such a boyish face"

This was a beautifully crafted piece, nicely penned!

Best wishes,
/Kit

It seems that you are obsessed with medievil times. The poem was great.

There is nothing wrong with being amused by medevil times! I personally never really payed attention to all that, but you write it well. I never read King Arthur...so I can't say much, but you intrigued me much. Keep it up Kristen!
