Here I am, happy, jovial. Yet I look around and wait for my downfall. Once again I've let them down, now it is time to pay. Once again, I make those mistakes. I look forward to the next time I can forgive myself, Oh, it seems so far from now. I want to laugh again, To just breathe. Once again I sit here waiting for the answers. Did I screw it up again? I know I try really hard to make the world stop spinning, Yet it's never quite enough. |

I can see where you're coming from with some of this. I know that sometimes I do things that I could NEVER forgive myself for, trying to impress people, and always trying to do the right things by fitting in. But in the end, I always end up hurting someone I love, so it's not worth it. Great poem! Hey, great poem. I think I know how you feel. I always try so hard to please other people, and try to be accepted. It bothers me so much when people aren't happy with something I do. But I guess that's life huh? Hey you can still listen to my adive- don't worry about what other people think about some things. Keep writing keep smiling Bel |
