I watch your tear drops fill your eyes
while you struggle not to cry
As he enjoys harrassing and verbally bashing you
I watch him own you and hold you back
He never cuts you any slack.
Sometimes I just want to give him a whack
Drunken and beligerent he does become
I pray you find the courage to fight for your freedom.

~BB,...I pray for their courage as well.  Goodness,...how'd I miss this one?  I probably could fill these pages with my thoughts on being stuck in that sort of situation....*Sigh*, well done poem. Take care. *Peace.
