worry when it's all a spiral fear when it's all my mind can see maybe I should find another place to focus my attention not-- another person, but another place, another time, another reality another plane, another frequency maybe I need another place to be with you where I can be me without the worry when it's all a spiral... |

Oh, that unsettled feeling..another place to focus on, I relate to that very well, yet usually I self-focus and ask what can I do to make ME feel better..Sometimes it works..sometimes not. Very good!! I enoyed this read |
