Listening to every heart

Celebration Of The Mind

Quietly musing
what is under the gray
collective thoughts
close or far away.

Rambling memories
and of things to come,
counting blessings
a remarkable sum.

In a clamoring subway,
or by a mountain stream,
I can be so very alone
with my thoughtful dreams.

Amazing concepts
still to be born;
looking back on memories
fill me, safe and warm.

Looking forward to
amazing adventures more,
who knows what lies ahead
or what will be in store?

I celebrate all I can think of
and imagine in my mind
as my thoughts take twists and turns
I treat myself so kind.

So I wander to live,
thoughtful thoughts I give;
to me, myself, great dreams
for life can be what it seems.

Don't ever lose the exquisite dream
There's so much beauty in the thoughts of things to come
Beautiful poem, Suthern

Elizabeth, thanks for the April Fool's Comment - "Suthern" - he, he!  She will like that one.  I hope I did her talent justice!

Hoot - all of my days are getting better.  Thank you.

Marge. What can I say?  Hugs, Sunshine!
