Springtime

When I walk within the sun
tomorrow
The rays will reach and warm my
skin,
I will savor the radiance with
delight
as each second is like a
heartbeat
pulsating it's way to
springtime.

Thank You all very much for your warm compliments, tomorrow is here and the sun is bright and beautiful, but old man winter still lingers in the breeze.

This poem filled me, quite literally with the joys of spring.
For me this beautiful season signifies a new era, a re-birth for all life.
A time to shrug off regrets and start anew.
A beatutiful poem.
Thankyou.

Oh, how I do love spring.  It brings out the best of me, ya know.  Or is that the worst?  I can't remember.
Anticipation you have instilled in me Lost Dreamer.  Green is what I long to see, flowers I long to smell...I get giggly just thinking about it!  Thank you!

A short but very sweet poem.  Sometimes less really is more. Your poem is very unique, I especially loved the last few lines "as each second is like a heartbeat, pulsating it's way to springtime."  Reading your poem has me anticipating Spring's arrival even more.  Thanks for the good read.

Take care,

Your poem had me searching my yard for that first robin. A true sign that spring has arrived. I wait, gazing out the window..
