What to do on New Year's Eve, seems to be the question?
Do we stay home and consider ourselves safe or go out and celebrate with our great nation?
On the news there is the threat of bombs and riots everywhere, and one big city has given in to terror.
Guess we all should be on our knees and giving thanks instead of hiding in fear.
Must be one year closer to His return and no one wants to be left here.
Terror, bombs, and the like is not for me this year.
I believe that I would be happier just to spend time with my best friend really near.

Happy New Year everybody.  Wish I could write like all of you.  Who knows, maybe this coming year.

It's a very good start!  Very nice.

Seeing as how I don't "party" anymore, that's just what I'm gonna do. Stay home and bring it in with my kids and the show on TV.
I see you've gone to the name you wanted.
Happy New Year!

*** Big sigh!  The question of the evening indeed!    I wonder myself how I want to spend this moment in history.  Ideally, I'd be somewhere with all the people I love, but considering they're scattered across the map like a box of dropped paper clips, it's impossible!     I've thought of all the exciting events going on everywhere, the parties, the dancing, the fireworks...Then I've thought of just a nice quiet evening at home with my kids...a little wine and confetti to toss outside...And then there's the feeling I should be down on my knees in prayer giving thanks to God in Heaven for all he's given me the last few years, and asking his guidence in the year to come....Decisions, decisions, decisions!  Yahoo finally got around to telling me you've called twice, so I thought I'd say hello here !  hehe     Should be getting birth certificates tomorrow AM....Fed Ex.  They are quick indeed!  hehe  I'll let you know if they indeed arrive as scheduled!     I love you and dad both.  I see you dusted off all my poetry and brought them back for me!  LOL  Thanks a million!  Talk to you soon!  I will call - promise!  Tomorrow evening to let you know if our goods arrived....Love, Gennifer

Hmmm, what to do, what to do...I still don't know!  I want to party but I think for once I woudl rather be kind of safe, so my b/f and I might just ring in the new year alone together.  But I have a couple days to decided still LoL
