Oh no, whatever can I do? My mom is coming to visit, my house looks like a zoo! (What's new!) I can't let her see the place like it is, or she will then get an inkling That we live like this all the time (we do) the clock it is a ticking! Hurry, hurry, mop the kitchen do the hallway, too Get the spotcleaner to the carpet and don't forget the LOO! How did this place get to be such a mess? I must say I can only guess But when you have children, a job and a life, there's no time to clean, I confess. Children, hurry, she'll be here soon, we mustn't let her know Clean the litterbox, wash the linens, scrub the table, don't you know? Her house is always clean for me, I can't be her, though, can't you see? Thank God she only comes once a year There, all done, time for a beer! (Wish me luck, i must persevere, to have a clean house, at least once a year!) God bless you all. :-) -debbie- |
