Dawn,sun,stars,and earth,
        and moon.
Deep winter,spring soon
        to come.
How I ponder Your endless
        promises,
    that never end.
I stand before You
as a tiny speck,
amid all this Glory,
that is yours.

Thank you, Father
for everything You've given
      me.
Yet, I feel so full,
and words are not enough.
I can only be silent,
as You enfold me,
with Your tenderness,
and I feel as a child,
in her mothers arms.

A beautiful meditation. It reminds me of two of my favorite Psalms, 8 and 130:

When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; what is man, that thou art mindful of him?  and the son of man, that thou visitest him? (Psalm 8:3,4)

LORD, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty: neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me. Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child. (Psalm 130:1,2)

I'd suggest changing the wording of:
"How I ponder Your endless promises, that never end."  Perhaps, "certain promises" would avoid the repition of "end."

Good Morning Ellie, nice to see another one of your poems. I think I agree with Vincent, I read it the way he recommended and it seemed to have a better sounding flow.

Ellie,
this is such a beautiful poem...I love its opening lines and its message of being grateful for all his many gifts...I too sometimes feel so small in all his greatness...Janet Marie

Ellie, another wonderful work of art from a talented poet! It blows me away too, to consider what a small speck i am in such a big universe, and how insignificant amonst others, yet God in all his glory gives me significance... what a gracious God we have as our Father eh?  I loved this, and although i agree with Vincent and Septsong, i think the repition also adds to your awe of his endless promises, which is pretty cool too... Love reading your poems!

What humble thoughts! And He did promise that there would always be seasons as long as the sun rises and sets. He's kept that promise!
