Growing, It is only when you grow that you come to really know, What life is all about, well .. almost.. It is only when you grow that you come to really know, Who your friends are. Sometimes. It is only when you grow that you come to really know, What being alone is like. Unfortunately It is only when you grow that you come to really know, What forgiveness means. Almost never. It is only when you grow that you come to really know, What commitment means. Commit to what? It is only when you grow that you come to really know, What love means. Hopefully.. It is only when you grow that you come to really know, That you really don’t know anything. Mostly. |

Reminds me of the saying, "the older I get, the less sure I am about anything", but sometimes it takes a while for the real impact of a lesson to hit us. Thanks for sharing. |

Sometimes I falter ... still He comes. Sometimes I waver ... still He comes. I'm never really alone ... for He is here. The more I commit ... the more often He comes.
