Drums are beating Little feet Step in rhythym Keeping beat Blood is pumping Through my veins Keeps me breathing In my days My spirit's lifted Left me behind My heart's been emptied Drained inside Empty smiles Careless laughter Close this book End this chapter Past lives given Past lives made Hoping soon Down I'll lay Buried deep In the ground Free I'll be Wishing now My soul is burning Fading fast I'll die quickly Will not last Up I'll rise Into the spirits God will know me Shall be lifted God will take me Love he'll give He will trust me With him I'll live ------------------ -Talia |
