What You Get Is What You Seeİ 30Jul 1998 Genea Parker

I’m out of words, I can say no more
We’ve both been down, this old road before.
You know my faults and my good points too
You know I’ve done my best to be true.

I try to explain, all in my heart.
The things I see that set us apart.
The reasons why I love you so
Are the reasons why I’d never go.

You saw the real me, when I was not my best.
You told me don’t give up, no matter the quest.
You did more for me, than anyone has done.
You told me I was, your favorite number one.

What you get is what you see
See my soul, and you get me.
See why I laugh, see why I cry
See why I’ll never say goodbye.
