Meet Me In My Dreams

Meet me in my dreams tonight
Beneath the starry sky
Where comets hail and angels tread
And lonely hoot owls fly

Hold me there inside your arms
Inside your thoughts and mind
For when I close my eyes tonight
It's you I hope to find

Let me see you in my dreams
Let me caress your skin
With gentle kisses all around
Bring out passions deep within

Let me give my love to you
In my dreams tonight
Our passions fire burning
You will be my light

I want to feel you here with me
If only in my sleep
When morning comes those memories
Safe inside I'll keep

Oh, meet me in my dreams tonight
Where we will be as one
And tomorrow I will smiling greet
The setting of the sun

Hootessa - very sweet - but how can anybody hope to catch a hoot owl in her dreams when she never sleeps? I enjoyed this poem very much.

This poem simply glows, Hoot Owl.
Glides on water.

Hi Hoot,
Another great poem that flowed perfectly. The kind of dream we all hope for.
