I think a lot about you
Every day and every night
How we argue on the phone
But can't seem to make things right

You've been my true best friend
For about a year or so
I love you with all my heart
How much you'll never know

But lately we've been turning
The wrong way on the path of love
It seems like an empty darkness
With no light from up above

What happened to our fire?
The help that guided us along?
It seems to have suddenly disappeared
So together we must be strong

I promise to cut you some slack
Every once in a while
As long as you try your best
To turn my frown into a smile

If you take all the pain away
I promise to bring you joy
If you still call me your sweetheart
Then you're forever my baby boy

If you promise not to make me cry
Then I'll stop shedding tears
If you promise not to ever lie
Then I'll stop having fears

If we can work together
To get through this hard time
Then I'll be yours forever
And forever you'll be mine.

Well, the mulitple posts were a bit shocking. I hope that was just your enthusiasm for the site itself and not some problem with the submit button. If you have any questions, please e-mail me.
