Always sing songs in the same place, local bar, two blocks down, Jack Daniels, ice filled glass, memories on the jukebox, fog before my eyes, fog before my eyes - subdued vision . . . of you. Baby's Breath, the field of flowers in which you stand, creeping forms draped over your feet, white, billowy, much as the curtains in the house you loved. In the house, we, loved. To be on the positive side, you have to think that the pain of loss ( not including death) will just make the love, down the line, even more for filling ... and Jack Daniels sure isn't much of a start! thank you all for reading/commenting. jimmy |
