It's a miracle what the earth gives
From water, sun and seed
The beauty of flowers that paint the earth
The food that fills our needs.

I haven't the touch for growing
But love seeing the garden grow
Watching the seeds turn into plants
The magic of life from soil

I do my gardening late at night
Fill my basket with fruits from labor
Besides it is the safest time
(Cuz the garden in my neighbor's).

Your touch...always superb! My tomatoes never even knew you came at midnight. Ahem. But what you left us made excellent salsa!

HA HA
As a back yard gardener,
I was always most willing to share.
It did not matter nor did I care
If rabbits or humans laid it bare.

Best to you Toe, jo

Toe is back too! Fantastic! Oh you have such beautiful feelings ... and the conclusion is just toe-ish which means you bring what we need besides food: laughter!

I read of an experiment going on in England. Owners of gardens plant an extra patch well in view with the information "Take away vegetables" which is a nice way to help families in need. It seems that the project is spreading quickly. There are still some good news in this old little mis-treated planet of ours!

Thank you for the smiles!

This is wonderful, the ending is an added bonus. Enjoyed.

Lol, You may not think yourself a gardener Toe but few have produced as many laughs in my life as you.  Always a joy to see you here.

Michael
