Fear attaches itself onto your Id,
It simmers there and you think you are safe.
But fear knows its place and it will stay hid,
Biding time until the clock strikes your fate,
That's when the bad finds its way to your plate.

You fight the fear which causes you to scream,
Learning to live with it, bottle it up.
Never let it filter into your dreams,
You must fight fear with grit and no mercy,
Always look onward, and you can be free.

A powerful poem, Jerry, a powerful poem, indeed...and freedom is just another word when there is nothing left to lose...my greatest fear...the loss of freedom!
