thoughts of mine have drawn boundaries
self survival lines
spread out like a spider's silken web
and my imagination
self survival
powerful words
to live by
still . . . boundaries tend to box you inside
the prison you've given yourself
and . . .
if you are not careful
boundaries will engulf you
into an intense black hole
with all escape hatches
painted glumly
refusing the independence
you desperately realize
you need

Boundaries are for hiding within, sure...but sometimes they're for pushing against too.  Sometimes it takes a certain person to know how to push past those boundaries.

I agree, Nicole. You have to understand where to push, and how hard. Thank you for stopping by this a.m., I appreciate it.
