Fair to middlin' of nowhere

I had a room with a view
right to my very soul
The wind blew in
billowing my sheers
Where windows weren’t
mirrors were
And I could see
somewhere
exotic
erotic
in me
I could fly
my entendre kite
in a dark blue sky
waiting for the lightning
to strike
me full of light

And full of light you seem to be these days, Lori. Good poetry.
