Answer this in ten Seconds

What is (999 octillionth)
raised to the power of (999 octillionth)
How much paper
would it take to write down this number?
How much computer memory
Would it take to record this number,
to say nothing of any serious calculations
on this order of magnitude?
I can just visualize Ali pulling out her calculator
To try to figure out how much ten trillion
Times ten trillion times ten trillion might be.
No Dear Ali, this number’s much too big :------)
I’m gonna start counting by my fingers,
which they taught us Not to do in kiddy school,
but I’m gonna do it anyway,
see how far I get.
Maybe counting numbers instead of sheep will help me sleep.
I bet Professor Gloom could simplify this expression,
because he knows the difference between active and passive principals,
because he knows about Fudd’s first law of opposition,
Namely, if you push something hard enough, it will fall over.
Eh, professor?

Are there that many atoms in the Universe?
Because that is where Midnitesun is now,
And we have to make sure we count Midnitesun.
Eh Midnitesun? … …

There is just this infinite Whole ... and dear Midnitesun could give an accurate answer to your question I guess, for now she knows ...

Very beautiful and original.

Yes, Kacy could answer that in ONE second now.  She knows all now, more than any of us will know, hopefully for a very long time.

I can see Kacy smiling at us all from the ether, trying to dry our tears.

Jaime,

You almost lost me with the math - I don't do numbers at all.  You also made me smile as I read.  And the ending?

Perfection.

Your friend,
Ali

I shall have to leave this problem to the inherent answers of Principle, too. At this point, my paper is too full of doodles to figure and equation like this one. Very cool poem.  (I miss our Kacy.)
