Your ex were jerks
And every man since
Has met with disapproval

I did not know
Fragrance of arrogance
Or shade of cynical rouge
Was still remotely profitable
At your age

A top to show off
Your rock hard abdomen
No bra gold rings and purple nails
Full rows of molars for a smile

The oldest
Is babysitting
The other two

Lose weight
Show up as if
Nothing’s changed

It will all turn out
Just fine
