WISDOM
December 1998

You need some grey hair to be wise,
And four legs and a tail
And you need to be able to whinny.

My horse has good compassionate council
for all issues,
be they bad,
mad,
or sad.
He exudes a wave of calm benevolence
over all
who fall
under his spell
and problems slither into perspective
and dissipate.

So, if you have a problem you can’t solve,
simply
get a mature, wise horse.
