Epic

Discovering your enigmatic energy
Fused within each molecule of me
Each thought stirred as a whispering spirit
Rains upon my skin, dried in the smile of the sun
My heart has forgotten how to beat on its own
Unrhymed

An epoxy of souls, each glisten in their own moist dew
Somehow, I have become the touch much deeper still in you
Smoothing what is rough, soothing inured days so tough
As your touch leaves indelible gloss about me

Listen then, my heart
Turn your softer side to face me now
Open wide the doors, receive all love made to endow
Avow the purest purpose ne’er to doubt

Each forever step has been imprinted, calling out
Fused within each molecule complete
Turned to face the winds of time, all of time to meet
Then know that you are all that flows, and all love knows
An Epic to complete
