The wind pulled at the West-Indies,
With the runners standing still,
Much like the peasants who
Raised their hands to signal
The opening of the store filled streets.

There were no cars,
No champaign weddings,
Just those peeling the prices
From the signs
So their families could eat with ease.

A place that few and far see,
A land that shares the earth
Like the dirt that paves their survival scene.

It isn’t a car,
Nor a four bedroom home,
It’s a place to sleep,
A place to eat,
It’s a sunny village in the West-Indies.

Yo Tomer,

This is very good.

I’ve worked all around them.  However, I have never worked in the West Indies.  It sounds like a lovely place, and I hope it is.
