Just stay   here
for a few moments longer
while I lay   there
safe in the strength
of your heart
  wrapped in the warmth
        of your light.

For a few moments longer,

just stay

here.

Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.

Beautiful whispers of your tender heart, dear Donna!

May your wish be granted.

Gentle Spirit,

This is a good short poem.  Who's "Carl Bird"?  It's a good saying.
