Beneath mansion roofs
old souls stir in new bodies
remembering - all.

Excellent write Marge..
and how I love old homes!

I must, we bought one.
Complete with spirits.

In the midst of winter,
I found there lives within me..
An invincible summer.

Marge, this is great!  I lived in North Carolina for a while in my 20s and there was this house out in the swap, a very old house from the Civil War.  We walked through it and it felt like it was haunted.  This picture almost looks like this house you've shown us here.  Haunting!   ....jo

Marge/sis....When I was growing up, the house behind us looked like this one.  We kids always thought it was haunted.  This brought back some great memories...thanks!

Dear Marge;  This reminded me of a brick house our daughter bought in Reno and it was sooooo haunted she only lived there a month! I spent one night there and that was enough for me!!!

Marge - the house looks lonely and abandoned but it is the spirit of love that haunts the halls because everything else moves on.  Well, that's my answer to your questions but I'm no expert.  Great pic. and words.
